利用實際觀測資料與施工項目之海氣象條件限制，推算可出海、施工的天數時間或機率，提供施工規劃參考、制定工作時程。
氣候窗分析 Weather Window Analysis
Combining metocean data and thresholds of offshore works, the climatical weather windows can be derived for helping the construction schedule planning.
Collaborating the local observation to simulate the metocean data for past 30 years, which can be the data source of conducting Metocean Study report, including extreme value analysis, return period analysis.
